In Britain Easter started long before the arrival of Christianity and many theologians believed that Easter itself was named after Anglo-Saxon the goddess of the dawn & spring. Easter is one of the major Christian festival that is celebrated all over UK. The festival is comprised of various different traditions, folklores and traditional foods. Every year Easter occurs at different times which is observed by the first Sunday that comes after the first full moon which is followed by the first day of spring in the northern hemisphere. Easter is a special day that is celebrated whole heartedly in UK. Each children receives almost 8.8 Easter Eggs every year. Not only kids but adults enjoy Easter just as much. The women would make special Easter bonnets that are decorated with ribbons & flowers while the men get an excuse to hang out and celebrate the holiday to the fullest.
